Day of Coordination
Perfectly Coordinated Events from Start to Finish

4 Hours
- ✔️ $100 for each additional hour.
- ✔️ 2 event planners for up to 100 guests.
- ✔️ Must book at least 2 weeks prior to the event for thorough preparations and vendor introductions.
- ✔️ Planners will be on-site before, during, and post-event for cleanup, serving as the primary liaison for vendors and venues.
- ✔️ Ensures the event runs smoothly with behind-the-scenes coordination.
Full Service Planning
Designing Moments, Building Memories

- ✔️ Must book at least 8 weeks before the event.
- ✔️ 3 event planning support personnel for up to 100 guests.
- ✔️ Includes 4 hours at the event day of.
- ✔️ Together we create a theme and include personalized details.
